Assisted stretching is a specialized stretching program rooted in the principles of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), which was developed by physiotherapists in the 1940s. This method not only improves flexibility and muscle strength but also fosters relaxation, enhancing the mind-body connection. Through its dynamic stretching techniques, assisted stretching promotes a sense of calm and reduces tension in the body, allowing you to achieve deeper stretches and experience greater mental clarity.

How many times/week should I do assisted stretching?

2 times per week is enough to feel relaxed and see results.
How long does it take to see results?

You can see immediate results right after the first session.
