Sacral Chakra is the second of our body's 7th main Chakra centers. It is positioned below your belly button and above the pubic bone in the center of your lower belly.

It is responsible for how you experience and express sexuality, creativity, emotions, etc. And the coordinating organs are the reproductive system, kidney and bladder.

Did you know that your pelvic floor muscles act as a "sump pump," helping to pump blood back up toward the heart?

​

In this magical mini-retreat, we will discuss all things related to the sacral chakra from a spiritual and scientific perspective, including:

1. The importance of this chakra and its functionality and signs of misalignment

2. Role of the pelvic floor muscles in providing organ support, stability, sphincteric function, sexual function, and circulation.

3. Use of conscious movement, meditation and breath-work to create balance and harmony within this energy center.
