I've spent a significant portion of my life training in both taekwondo and kickboxing. One of the most incredible things martial arts has taught me is our minds' vital role in perceiving and managing fear, our opponents, and pain.


I was introduced to mindfulness and yoga in 2017 and it forever changed my life. Among many physical, mental, and spiritual gains, I was also able to manage my chronic neck pain, something I had suffered from and lived with for almost a decade.

After seeing the benefits and to deepen my practice, I traveled to India in 2019 and obtained my yoga teacher training certificate. Today, my mindfulness and yoga practices go beyond my mat and I have never felt healthier, happier, or more content.

My goal is to help others manage their experiences of pain and discover their ultimate physical, mental, and spiritual (if that's for you) power.
