What are the benefits of hands on adjustment?

Gentle hands on adjustments can help in achieving proper alignment in poses, ensuring you get the most benefit from each posture. These adjustments also help in going deeper in your practice bringing awareness to the body and the breathe, creating a deeper mind-body connection. 

How many times/week should I do yoga?

2-3 times per week—just enough to feel relaxed and see results.
