We are excited to collaborate with bondU retreat to bring you this fantastic day retreat.

Unfortunately, we live in a world where since we were little girls, we are conditioned to be embarrassed by our period and anything associated with our pelvic area.
If this is you, we lovingly invite you to join us for a full day of women's womb transformation.
We will use different modalities and practices to deepen and transform your understanding and relationship with your sacred womb.
This day retreat will be filled with yoga, meditation, breathwork, creativity, bodywork, pelvic floor exercises, vegan snacks and more.

Sonia | Founder of Reroot.U Wellness
I am a physiotherapy student (I recently completed my studies in physiotherapy and will be graduating in June 2023), certified yoga instructor, 1st dan black belt in taekwondo, avid runner and mindfulness practitioner. I aim to help people discover their ultimate physical, mental, and spiritual power. Throughout my training, I have learned and practiced pelvic floor exercises in various locations, including Canada, the UK, and Africa. Additionally, I have dedicated much of my time to volunteering and working with orphanages across Africa, an experience that has contributed significantly to my personal and professional growth.

I am an intuitive and inner-work coach, breathwork facilitator, reiki practitioner and world traveller. I am passionate about helping other women realize their highest potential and becoming the best versions of themself.
*20% of the ticket price is the deposit, and it's non-refundable.
After 30 days to the start of the retreat, no refunds are available on cancellations, including reasons related to Covid-19.
A full refund is provided if our retreat is cancelled due to Covid-19 or any other reason
